Here are tips to help you Reclaim your time AND get back your life!

1. Make a list – Sit down on a Friday night or Saturday and plan ALL the meals you will need for the next week. Include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and snacks. Talk with other members of your family and get input on what they would like to eat. Also, inform the family that you will be placing a WEEKLY food order so they have 24 hours to give you their food requests.

After you determine what meals you will prepare, make a list of the items you need from the store. If you shop at multiple stores then make a list for each. This will make your shopping experience easier.

Some stores will allow you to order your groceries online and you pick them up. They bring the groceries right out to the car (Examples – Walmart, Harris Teeter, Food Lion). While other stores will allow you to order groceries online and they will deliver to your door (Walmart, Instacart). How long does it take you to grocery shop?
