Event: Choose YOU!  Walk for Life - Annual 5K Walk/Run

Date: Saturday, October 5th, 2024

Location: Chocowinity Recreation Complex

Schedule: 

7:00am - Registration/Packet Pick-Up Opens 

8:00am - 5K Walk/Run Starts 8:30am - Vendors and Health Screenings

9:45am - Awards Ceremony 

10:00am - Post-Race Celebration

Registration Fees: 

$20 - Early Registraion - Now through April 30th 

$30 - General - May 1st through September 15th 

$35 - Race Day Registration

Included with registration:

• Participants receive a race t-shirt
• Finisher medal for 5K participants
• Race bib
• Entry into prize raffle
• Post-race snacks and refreshments

Awards:

• Top 3 finishers overall
• Top finishers per age group (youth, adult, senior)

Beneficiary: All proceeds support Zing Life Services in their mission to bring care to the community. 

Join us for a fun community morning supporting health and fitness! Participants of all ages and paces are welcome to run or walk the 5K course.
